Evolution of the iconic SMX-1 R, the new Alpinestars SMX-1 R V2 men's motorbike shoe has a new, more aggressive look, more safety with new malleolar reinforcements, equipped like its predecessor with a steel slider like on the brand's sport boots and, as always with Alpinestars, a very high level of comfort.

Material:

• Microfibre leather construction ensures a high level of comfort and protection against abrasion and tearing.
• The instep and rear heel area are constructed from softer microfiber leather for mobility when riding or walking.

Lining:

• For good air circulation and less suffering from heat the inner lining is made of breathable Mesh textile.

Safety:

• Double density semi-rigid reinforcements at the malleoli.
• The outer part of the heel is equipped with a rigid TPU moulded reinforcement.
• Reinforcements under the lining on the ball of the foot.
• The sole is equipped with the Transversal Protection Frame system to limit the torsion of the foot in the event of a fall.

Comfort:

• Comfortable anatomical sole made of EVA and Lycra foams that can be easily removed.
• New ergonomic cut allowing a better adaptability according to the morphology of your foot.

Closure:

• New closure system with double TPR straps with aramid fibre inserts for good durability.
• On the inside of the ankle, the closure is made by a rack and pinion system + velcro for an easy and quick slip on.

Sole:

• Rubber sole with anti-slip design.

Other features:

• Semi-rigid TPU selector protector so you don't lose comfort or feel.
