The new European standard ECE 22.06 will soon become mandatory for all helmets on the market, so Arai is logically developing its Arai RX-7V Evo FIM Racing 2 Solid full face helmet so that it meets this new approval perfectly and have the FIM hoologation too.

Material:

• Outer shell constructed from PB-SNC² which consists of a super fibre construction directly from F1 which maximises the strength and flexibility of the shell whilst keeping the weight contained and ensuring that it is bulletproof in the event of an impact and allows the forces to be distributed and the impact energy to be dispersed over the widest possible area.

Safety:

• 5-density EPS inner shell to effectively absorb residual energy in the event of an impact.
• Helmet with Arai's specific ricochet concept which, thanks to its optimised round and smooth shape, allows the helmet to glide over obstacles and not snag.
• The various ventilations and air stabilizers are flexible and designed to facilitate their removal in the event of a fall and to limit trauma, for example to the cervical spine.
• Arai helmets are the only helmets tested to resist penetration.
• ERS system that allows quick and easy removal of the cheek foams to allow the helmet to be removed by the emergency services without forcing.

Interior:

• New Eco Pure antibacterial and hypoallergenic interior that is fully removable and washable.
• FCS system which improves comfort and provides a perfect fit and support for the jaw and face contour.
• Cheek foams have 5mm peel-off layers to save space if required.

Visor:

• Scratch resistant, UV protected, wide field of view visor pre-fitted with anti-fog Pinlock, sold with the helmet.
• New locking/unlocking system of the screen more convenient when handling even with a large pair of gloves.

Ventilation:

• Arai brand specific visor vents that allow good ventilation directly on the rider's forehead area.
• 3 air inlets in the front position offer 11% more air flow than the previous model and guarantee optimal air circulation.
• The ventilation in the chinrest can be adjusted in 3 positions to help prevent fogging.
• Rear diffusers that extract 19% more air than the old version and help stabilise the helmet at high speeds.
• 2 small side extractors on the bottom of the helmet and another located at the nape of the neck which allow a better temperature regulation and limit the helmet movements at high speed.

Aerodynamics:

• Patented 5-position adjustable Air Wing® spoiler that reduces drag, turbulence and buffeting when riding at high speeds.

Chin strap:

• Double D buckle closure which is the only system to guarantee a customised fit and perfect security.

Accessories:

• Comes standard with the anti-fog Pinlock to effectively limit fogging in winter or when riding in bad weather.
