Perfect for summer or mid-season use, the Alpinestars AMT-10 Drystar jacket will effectively protect you from the rain thanks to its fully removable outer layer which covers the upper part of the jacket, including the chest, arms and back, and is secured by a system of zips and press studs on the back.

Once removed, it transforms the jacket into a ventilated summer jacket on the arme and the bust with large leather pads on the arms and elbows.

If it's not warm enough to remove the waterproof layer, you can just open large vents on the chest closed by waterproof zips.

The jacket can also be used in winter if you equip the jacket with the optional AMT Thermal Liner.
An ideal jacket that can be used all year round whether you have a road bike or a trail/adventure bike.

Material:

• The jacket is mainly made of soft and durable polyamide fabric.
• In the summer position, the sleeves and chest are made of polyamide fabric with inserts of Matryx fabric with ultra-resistant properties, inserts of Rideknit fabric which, in addition to offering maximum comfort thanks to its elasticity, is also extremely resistant.
• The elbows and shoulders in the summer position are reinforced with large leather panels with Kevlar® Flynet lining for optimum abrasion resistance.

Lining:

• Fixed mesh lining allowing good air circulation in the jacket.

Waterproofing:

• The upper chest, arms as well as the back are equipped with a removable Drystar outer layer that is secured by a zipper and snap system.

Ventilation:

• With the waterproof layer, it is possible to open large vents on the chest.
• In the summer jacket position, the textile parts allow an efficient air circulation.

Safety:

• The elbows and shoulders are equipped with the comfortable Nucleon Flex Pro protectors which are CE approved.
• Slot to add a Nucleon back protector which is sold as an option.

Fit:

• The outer waterproof layer is equipped with velcro tightening at the wrists.
• In summer position, the cuffs are elastic.
• Inner waistband for a perfect fit and to support the lower back.
• The main closure is equipped with a magnet system for easy closing.
