The Alpinestars Atem V5 jacket is a leather jacket specifically designed to meet the needs of sportbike and naked bike riders.

It draws its features, technologies and materials from the world of racing, with a dedicated 'Race' cut featuring pre-curved arms for maximum riding performance, Alpinestars Flex Plus 'Race' leather throughout, and certified shoulder and elbow protection inside and out, all ensuring optimum comfort and safety for the rider.

Material:

• Flex Plus Race bovine leather construction to ensure a soft, hard-wearing jacket.

Lining:

• Fixed mesh lining for optimum air circulation throughout the jacket.

Ventilation:

• The leather is perforated on the chest, arms and back for optimum ventilation.

Safety:

• The elbows are fitted with comfortable GP elbow armor protectors and the shoulders are fitted with Nucleon Flex Plus protectors for optimum protection.
• The back can be fitted with an optional, approved Nucleon back protector.
• The elbows and shoulders are fitted with DFS RR dual-density external protectors for extra protection.
• Jacket compatible with Tech-Air 3 and Tech-Air 5 airbag systems, which are sold as options.

Comfort:

• Pre-shaped arms for optimum riding position.
• Stretch elastic inserts in the armpits, on the inner arms and around the neck for optimum comfort.
• Elastic inserts with A-CS® Plus technology on the chest for greater ventilation and comfort.
• Rideknit inserts for high abrasion and tear resistance, with elasticated side panels.
• Elastic accordion inserts at shoulder blades and above elbows.
• Collar and cuffs with textile inserts.

Fit:

• Velcro buckles at waist.
• Zipped cuffs.
