The Alpinestars Tech 7 boot has undergone a complete redesign to excel in off-road conditions.

Incorporating a range of innovative materials, advanced technologies and ingenious design features, these boots offer increased lightness and superior comfort.

Designed for maximum protection, the Tech 7 boots provide an unrivalled feel on the bike.

Key features:

• The TPU lower shell features an innovative shifter design to reduce forward roll and facilitate shifter control, with a specific design for the left and right foot. This area is reinforced by a metal shank and in the toe area for greater resistance to impact and abrasion.
• Equipped with a double medial and lateral pivot system for greater flexibility and precision control.
• Specific design on the medial sidewall to improve feel, support and grip on the bike, while increasing the boot's protection and durability.
• The new contoured TPU calf protection plate provides effective impact resistance.
• The main flex of the boot is supported around the medial and lateral ankle by a compact pivot system for greater freedom of movement and improved comfort.
• The front flex zone features innovative new shock-absorbing inserts in the front gusset area for progressive support.
• Shock-absorbing padding is also strategically positioned on the ankles and shin for enhanced shock absorption.
• The new design of the strap locking buckles offers maximum rotation and functionality, while reducing excessive rotation.
• The sole is manufactured with an innovative wear limit indicator integrated into the footbed area. This shows a red layer warning the rider when the sole is worn and needs replacing.
• The structure of the boot below the wear limit indicator is surrounded by a layer of Kevlar® that maintains the structure and integrity of the boot while protecting the boot.

Construction:

• The fastening system features polymer buckles and an aluminium frame with self-aligning quick-release fasteners for a secure, bespoke fit.
• The buckle is designed to self-align, ensuring a secure fit while preventing strap rotation.
• The soft microfibre gaiter is designed specifically for the back of the boot, providing effective protection against excessive water and dirt penetration.
• The large medial panel is made from TPU and its new design includes a wider rubber insert for maximum contact with the bike and greater resistance to heat and abrasion.
• The flap is designed to provide a better grip.
• The new compact structure of the TPU tibial plate offers greater adjustability. It features a reinforced hook-and-loop fastening system for a comfortable, custom fit.

Safety:

• The upper features wide TPU protection covering the toe, foot, heel, ankle, calf and shin, with extra-hard compounds at the toe of the boot and heel for greater impact and abrasion resistance.
• Suede upper with lightweight microfibre structure for greater impact and abrasion resistance.
• Additional TPU rear blade to protect Achilles tendons.
• Polyester lining with 3D open-cell foam and suede anti-slip heel reinforcement for greater abrasion resistance.
• The one-piece sole is made from an extremely resistant bi-component vulcanised rubber for durability and protection. The sole is replaceable.
• Tech 7 boots are CE certified to EN 13634:2017.
