At first in 1991, businessman Joan Rojas, who loved bikes, realized that his army necklace was not enough to protect him from the cold and provide him with pleasant comfort. From this observation, the idea came to him to create a real comfortable and effective neckwear and it is in the family business premises that his idea becomes reality when he creates his first seamless microfibre fabric tour and creates the Buff brand.
